Our Design and Production Process
With our built-in flexibility in the design process, TPC is able to support either a design and build process where TPC will create your project using our wealth of experience and knowledge; or follow your lead on existing designs and build to print opportunities.
Expert In-House Design
All in-house design is done using AutoCAD® Electrical. Each customer is provided with submittals, Operation & Maintenance documentation, system programs, Instruction Manuals and As Built Prints can be supplied in electronic format and /or hard copy as required.
Build To Print Opportunities can be submitted to us in any format and TPC will build your design following our in house process and expertise.
All panels will be factory-designed and factory-integrated using TPC best practices for efficient, trouble-free operation. In doing so, TPC can provide a complete panel or system tailored to your specific requirements using:
- Standard or custom enclosures in a variety of types and styles to provide site-appropriate protection and accessibility that meets the required standards
- Enclosure interior thermal management practices to maximize the efficiency and life cycle of the electrical components
- High and low voltage wiring in one common enclosure (if desired), with proper circuit separation rules applied
- Fine stranded, low voltage, color coded and numbered wiring that corresponds with the electrical schematic
- High quality components of reputable manufacturers
- Custom, computer generated, engraved nameplates, and graphics
- Laminated component I.D. labeling
- Appropriate U.L. labeling
